3. KDE is pretty but significantly slower then in 8.0 (on my PII-400)
4. Konsole
Overall I would try a new install

I attempted to install Suse 8.1 on that HP (Ze4125) laptop, but it had a few

Yast failed on the install of Nvidia's drivers.
I pulled the sources(tar.gz) from Nvidia's site and installed without issue.
However yast won't allow me to activate 3D, because it "thinks" I still have
the old drivers.
Does anyone know how to manual

Has anyone had any experience with this or other recent HP laptops?
I can still return/exchange this unit. Any opinions?
Thank you
Wade
