Hi
I'm use "1c4f:3002 SiGma Micro", It's real fps is 25,but VIDIOC_G_PARM
got a fps value of 30.
And in dark enviroment, It's will fall to 12.5fps even 6fps but
VIDIOC_G_PARM still get 30fps.
My "1871:01f0 Aveo Technology Corp" has the same problem in dark.

Wow, I wasn't aware of this neat little tool. It has so many
advantages:
- no SDL dependency like
