I also managed to integrate initialisation of dynctrls now. First i
adopted the code of Mr. Seewald and his initialisation of focus-control.
Yesterday I received a patch written by someone called "Toyota".
Unluckily the patch was not send to me directly, so i am not sure who
the origin

My standalone software autofocus application uses dynamic or
static controls, depending on which version of uvcvideo it was
compiled with (recent version -> dynamic controls). If the focus for
QC 9000 has not been configured, it will configure it on the first
run (similar to libwebcam)
