I'm a big proponent of marking kernels with their characteristics during
development -- instead of trying to coordinate multiple pieces of
information and hope you get it right (I don't like to try)
I've been lobbying for /proc/config for a decade (that's one of the

My taiga board is now dead -- on our development board (with a taiga

and a custom modified dts) we see either
1) it hangs at the same point ("PID has table entries")
or
2) it boots but it seems to restart the boot process after the "PID hash
table entries line"
This was never a problem
re entering nap mode...
If anyone needs this work, let me know (it will be covered under GPL).

Is there a way to embed a default dtb into the kernel?
When I build a kernel, I want to embed a dtb into it --
so I don't have to deal with the headaches of finding the
right file to match the right board (its always easier to
deal with 1 file than 2).
If there is, it makes sense to put dtc into t
I asked this on linuxppc-embedded a week ago (I didn't even know this
list existed until last week -- another reason to get rid of
linuxpcc-embedded).
Has anyone gotten NAP/DFS to reliably work on a 7448?
I'm seeing strange problems with peripherals...(using a ram disk
works fine).
