I use U-Boot 1.2.0 on MPC5200B. Console over serial works fine. I have a
Grafic controller at LPB Bus and U-Boot shows his console output at VGa too.
But I would need a keyboard. I compiled U-Boot with USB and if i type "usb
reset" the ohci controller scans the USB devices and finds a keybo

I can tell you from Software point of view There should be One Time
Master and others as time slave data would be transmitted via Ethernet and
PPS through OFC ...Ntp should be runing ...I guess this is a way in which we
could Sync all the other boards

I am using a Xilinx ML403 board and created a custom IP that connects to
the PLB bus. The PLB bus is 64 bits wide. To communicate with the
custom IP I have been using iowrite32() and ioread32() function calls to
grab 32 bits at a time. Is it possible to grab the full 64 bits in one
transfer?

I am using the kernel 2.6.21. In the file
(arch/ppc/syslib/pci_auto.c) we have the function pciauto_bus_scan(). In
this function it will skip the host birdge. But in the arch/powepc
directory we don't have that types of file and the function
pciauto_bus_scan() also removed.

BestComm engine has some data cached internally and that it detects a write
to the address from where those data comes, he will invalidate his cache.

the BIOS/U-boot. Looks like you have 3 BARS which are asking for memory, But
that are not spaced apart propoerly. Mean physical address difference
between BAR0 and BAR2 shall be 512 Megabyte, but that is not what it is
programmed.
Need to fix up the memory allocation first. then we need to see if
when BIOS sees that IRQ PIN register is 0, it would not allocate any
interrupt for this card and that's why you are seeing IRQ Line register also
as 0 value.
We need to do some work around for this.

http://www.kegel.com/crosstool/. Very helpful in pairing various parts
of the GNU toolchain together to get a working version. For MPC5200
you want the ppc750 build.

I could not get able to build the kernel due to this error as it was
stucking up for the console How can i resolve this.
But I do have /dev/console configured on my PC with 622 permissions and
5 1 as MAjor,Minor numbers for the character special file.
