I had a quick look at the latest CVS commits and see the Qsampler has
the support for runtime max. voices / disk streams setting added but
Jsampler/ Fantasia does not. Will support for runtime max. voices /
disk streams setting be available for Jsampler soon or is it still in
early testing?

used to make -f Makefile.cvs | ./configure | make | make install. Now
the Makefile.mingw is in the win32 folder, and running 'make -f

I have updated the build instructions now, with fixes for the space in
the "Program Files" directory. I also found a pretty serious error, the
gtkmm installer to download should be the devel version, not the runtime
one. Finally I added gawk to the downloads to prevent a (harmless, I
think) err
