Any suggestions ?

Kontakt 4 introduced a background loading technique:

Would be a welcome feature for linux-sampler too !

Hi
It is using the IP 0.0.0.0 and port
Make sure Fantasia uses the same IP and port
for its connection to linuxsampler.
If it doesn't work, try to set the host (IP) to 127.0.0.1

Do you have the problem with adding Directories too ?
When trying to add directories, nothing happens here.
I mean file-system directories, scanning those directories for gigs
doesn't work.

Make sure /var/lib/linuxsampler/ is chmod +r+w for the user running
linuxsampler.

Hi
In the release version of linuxsampler
(using fantasia 0.9), scanning (adding)
a directory with gig files doesn't function.
I'm only able to add single files to the db.
I've updated linuxsampler from svn, the problem remains.

hm..
I set LANG=C
and tested with:
# echo $LANG
C
then compiled QS, LS, etc.. , but the problem remained.

hi
I like the qsampler interface,
but think the workflow
should be improved.
Here my top 5 for the next release:

side-panel, with file-selection list )

hi
I'd like to report, that in
the cvs-version of qsampler (or liblscp, etc.)
the volume sliders do not work.
Values of 0 or 100 have effect, but no values between.
This applies to channel volume sliders and global volume slider.
It seems, that volume is muted (or set to 0) for values < 1.
