I'm making a big grand piano sample library with gigedit but found that
gigedit can't save files larger than 2gb so I had to downsample
everything to 16big44.1khz. It works quite well now but 24bit48khz is
much more fun.. So... Is it a hard fix? Or are there any alternative
formats, I know you'
I'm currently making a free grand piano sample library using sfz, first
I used giga but gigedit started to do strange things so I decided to go
for sfz. It will be called "The Salamander Grand Piano" It's almost
complete and I'm _very_ eager to release it. But I ran into some

Hi, I'm the author of the Salamander Grand Piano, Linux sampler handles
it _very_ well, many other commercial(win) fail to open it or simply
crashes. There are still some opcodes that are missing to make it fully
functional tho, mainly on_lo/hicc#(64) and group/off_by for pedal action
noise. Th

It seems to be working just fine here, Thank you very much
I did some very frustrating bug hunting on an sfz file that was included
in a free mellotrone library.. I noticed a checkbox called "add byte
order mark" in kwrite was checked in the file but wasn't in my other
.sfz's, so I unchecked it and everything worked as expected.. I honestly
do not know

It seems that you can only define amp_veltrack once per .sfz file. And
it's the first one defined that counts. And you can only define it in
the first in the file.
I'm making a drum sampling library, http://rytmenpinne.posterous.com/
look here for a small preview
This is how my .sfz begins.
