[linuxtools-dev] Hudson migrated to Jenkins

Our Hipp instance is now powered by Jenkins aka JIPP :). The preferred URL for accessing it is https://ci.eclipse.org/linuxtools/ although a redirect from the old one is there. There are 3 jobs I plan to remove unless someone gives a good reason not to - mars, neon and neon3respin. All other jobs s
