[linuxtools-dev] Linux Tools 7.1.0 is released for Eclipse 2018-12

The 7.1.0 release of Linux Tools is now available from our update site. The release is mostly a bug-fix release but there were necessary code changes to be compatible with Eclipse 2018-12 that are not supported by Eclipse 2018-09 and prior [1]. The tag v7.1.0 maps to commit aa54a840151c6b03e22bb9e
