Rev. D is a Twiggy ROM. My Lisa 1 comes up with D/40 during bootup.

The original Twiggy Lisa's rarely come up for sale on eBay. Maybe one
or two a year if that. Expect to pay $8000 to $10,000 for a working one
with the Lisa 1 OS on a Profile and with the original Twiggy disks.
