I also support handing this document to the AD.
We are using the encoding Distinguished Names in LISP for multiple practical
purposes and this document addresses how to do it.

I support handing this document over to the AD.
Encoding Distinguished Names in LISP is a simple but important feature, and the
document does a very good job of articulating how it should be done providing a
few good examples of why is relevant.

An LACF for encoding H3 64bit ID to EID was added.
The term shard was replaced by EID addressable object.
More clear to Mobility Edge people which typically work with digital twin
objects -
engines, wheels, drivers .. and geospatial areas in this case.
