I fail to see where an ADRP benefits anyone, with the possible
exception
of certain elements of the legal profession.

Of course large TM holders would be against the UDRP/ADR. No
advantage in their favor is why. No favor for the little guy because
the UDRP/ADR despite some's claim, is not cost effective.
