  I don't see the word conspiracy mentioned or even eluded too.  But
even a casual observer can't reasonably escape the fact that the
Berkman Center did very little or poor planning for remote participation,
just as it did in Berlin and Singapore.  Little or not improvement was
noticeable.  That should not be the case.

  It should reflect poorly.  I watched and participated on the Chat session
at #ICANN-Santiago, it was poor, and the video was worse, audio was
mediocre at best...

  Correct.  Did you provide for a mbone or even try to do so?

  Did the Berkman Center send down an advance team to check
all of this out long before the conference?  If not, why not?  And
please don't tell us all that is was due to lack of funding, because
that is pure bunk.
