  Interesting case.  But it is not unprecedented in recent months.  To me
anyway this points up how poorly ICANN is managing it's SRS
registration system for registering Domain names and how the Whois
database and system has been compromised as a result.

  One begins to wonder what benifit ICANN brings to the Internet
given this sort of continuing problem sense they have been in existence.
I would and have argued that ICANN has, as this situation amongst a host
of others exactly the same, that instead of bringing ICANN has detrimented
the Internet and the DNS in particular.  Others mileage, of course may
very.
