I'm convenced the method to deploy in liberating the root is via the
establishment of a tld for that specific purpose in accordance with
the provisions contained in RFC 2606 and RFC 1464. Which see

Does anyone have an opinion on "Floating Root Technology". I think it's
an excellent idea - give everyone control of the root. I've just received
a message on this from someone who I consider has exceptionally nice brain
cells and it got me all excited - are you excited too?
