Post update, DHCP service appears to die post update.  Is anyone else seeing this?

I'm seeing it on two separate install locations, both running 2.4RC

*2.4.0-RC* (amd64)  built on Sun Oct 08 06:40:54 CDT 2017

both on pcEngines APU2.

Logs say:
