AFAIK form elements have no default positioning applied to them. It is
more likely that the containing element has text-align: centre applied
to it, or being cascaded to it.

Im sure many of you have had to deal with this, so thought I'd get your
advice. Im using a strict webpage and by default my form elements are
centering. I actually want them to float left, but would prefer not to use
"float: left;" as it become complex with lables, list of radio button
