Google groups and to a lesser extent Yahoo groups provide nice mailing
list options which people can use as a web forum if they want.Both
are free. You can link to them from the website easily.
Forum software is cool but the standard forum software design/layout
doesn't excite me.
Not that I'm much of a contributor to the group, but I currently prefer the
email list, just to keep down the number of sites I have to manage.
One option, if it could be implemented, would be to have an RSS feed on any
system you select.

As I recall, the Fisker Karma is a hybrid.
The title should be Best Gas/Electric Hybrid Car.
The Best Electric Car should go to the Tesla Roadster or the AC Propulsion
eBox, but at least we are moving in the right direction.
