[Liveaboard] Anchors for Inflatable's?

I tried using the vinyl covered mushroom anchor I've been carrying for the last few years for the first time a few weeks ago off of the dingy beach in the GSP on BI. It was a total failure! :( I didn't thing it would perform so poorly. It just bounced on the mud sand bottom. I now know why it

We've been using a grapnell folding anchor for some time, it has worked well and is easy to store but has lots of pointy parts to puncture your dink or your foot if you happen to step on it. I think that a small Danfort or Bruce style anchor might be a better choice if I was to buy another.
