There are more technical reset procedures online - 2 of them. One resembles
the directions in my manual which does address a frozen display. I have the
same problem, but the wires going into the back of my Link 2000 do not
resemble those in the directions.

Jim, I'd think the first thing to do is call Xantrex customer service and
explain the situation to them. It might be as simple as an internal
battery...but in any case they'll be able to help...
