I had a failure of the regulator side of my Link 2000R, No charge from 
the alternator.  I contacted Tekris in New Jersey and got good 
information from Chris.

He offered some diagnostic checks and finally advised me to take 
advantage of a reduced price for a new Link 2000R that was offered by 
Xantrex.  He advised my by email and finally phone.  Very helpful and 
knowledgeable.
