I have 2 concentric steel pipes, ~6 diameter, held together with set screws. The 2 pipes are within each other, rusted tight. This is the adjustable height tube for an aerial lift on a 1 ton truck. It needs to be separated to mount unit to a van. Have tried PB blaster for 2 weeks, tried a
