Maybe, but the few that exist are pretty good quality, I'm told. There
aren't all that many LV2 instruments either...
What we really need is the Linux equivalent of SynthEd
I was told last i asked about this that there were very few available.

These do exist, they're called LinuxVST's, and they're supported by
almost every Linux DAW... except by the one with "Linu
I think this is something we should really work on implementing. As it
woudl set us up as unique. and we can then on linux itself drop the need
for win and vst's

some primitive LV2 support. Of course, it's possible to host LV2's in a
separate Linux application and MIDI-route between LMMS and the LV2 host.
I've done this, but I've never used it in a track.

What would it take to make native linux equivalent to vst's that would
really set LMMS apart from the competition

There is one question I have. Why are remixes not allowed? Suppose there is a
track that fulfills the requirements for submission (especially, it is made in
LMMS). Now, I mak
I've already picked out the tracks I'll be entering. My participation in no
way hinges on this, but I have two questions:
1. How are the proceeds going to be donated in a way that will further LMMS
development?
2. Will winners have some kind of updates about how well the album is
selling on bandca

Sorry, I don't understand. Could you try explaining this more?
