I don't see any other logic that would work here, unless you want to take away the ability to close it while marked as check up. Or did you just mean that

I wonder if 'Stay-up' should be /default/ behavior? I find myself constantly bringing a controller, preset, FX- and other small-forms up, and then next to emediatly 'loosing' them again, when i click in song-editor. Because of that, i would like to discuss pro-con of having the 'small' forms /behav
