Hi Unfa, im no expert on this, but because you can renderproperly with root
access shows me that it is on your distroaudio settings where the problem lays.
When you run LMMS from the command line do you get" could not set realtime
priority"?
if so i would look at adding your username to the following groups:audio pulse
pulse-access and rtkit ( check by command: groups )
you will probably have to add the audio group to the
/etc/security/limits.d/audio.conf do so by appending these lines to the bottom
of the file ;-@audio - rtprio 99@audio - memlock unlimited#@audio - nice -19
i think the nice level is commented out as it is not required , but you cantest
it and see if it helps by using it or not... and the rtprio maybe doenstneed to
be so high i have read somewhere, but this should give youenough info to get
started on
