I have not gone through all our wrapper
test cases (We have developed a wrapper for various libs, log4cxx being one of
them), so there may be some more.
That being said..
HTMLayout()->setLocationInfo(true)
does not seem to work.
setLocationInfo works for XML

baseless.. I was led astray by autocomplete in Visual Studio.
