The 1.2.11rc2 build is available at:

All blocking issues have been resolved except for issue #8, testing of the
build across the various jdk's.

I'll have to look at the logging-site issues separately. The docs I am
talking about are generated as part of the 1.2.X build/branch, live in the
1_2branch, and are released with the release image as local html files.
They are generated from the 1_2branch src/xdocs files, using the 'dist'
target,
