server example

In build.xml, I've suppressed running src/examples/php/server.php  
since it requires 2 files (Net/Server.php and Net/Server/Handler.php)  
that I could not locate.  I do not know if these are files that  
should have been committed when the examples were added or if they  
are some well-known files and there is a missing component or the  
include paths are not set properly.
