Regarding Section 5, which defines the rules for deriving Bandwidth metric,
Rule #1 states:
"If the Generic Metric sub-TLV with Bandwidth metric type is advertised for the
link as described in Section 4, it MUST be used during the Flex-Algorithm
calculation."

This is a well written document that has a few editorial issues that could
usefully be looked at before proceeding. Some affect the text that the reader
will see, some affect the production process.
The WG adoption poll has completed and there is sufficient support for adoption.
I'm confident we'll conclude the use case discussions prior to WG last call.
