We have posted a new version for draft-cheng-lsr-isis-srv6-sid-block.



Chapter 8 is newly updated to describe the detailed information of advertising 
Flex-Algorithm specific offset on the SRv6 data plane.



Through this, SRv6 SIDs for Flex-Algorithm could be automatically derived based 
on Algorithm 0.



It can be further combined with the SRv6 SID Block to achieve better  
efficiencies of SRv6 SID advertisements for Flex-Algorithm.
