ECS has a motherboard called a K7SEM which does Intel PXE 2.0 booting via RTL 8129. The sound is a trident sound card, and the monitor is over 1024x768 at 16 bits. Should be enough for anyone. Its a Micro ATX so it would fit in a very small box. Its an AMD Duron board as well, so the processo

Has anyone gotten the older PowerMacs (i.e. 6100) to work as a LTSP terminal? I've got about 20-25 PM 6100 w/40 MB of RAM that are dying to be part of the LTSP! I would be happy to donate one to the cause if someone is willing to give it a go. I'm still a newbie using LTSP on Intel. -- Ro

All, have successfully set up server and one client and logged into xsession. much joy. upon upgrading standard gnome to ximian-gnome at server client no longer brings up login prompt. x starts but times out with grey screen. 'XDM: too many transmissions' I notice some fixes on the list for KD
