solved, I've changed the XSERVER to XF86_SVGA and the characters become
normal.
Hope someone will read this and quickly solve it's problem!

I set up a workstation to run a local app, which needs the local CD-ROM
Tries to use the rdesktop screen script. I get the "Press to Login"
screen, but when i press i get an error message telling that
the rdesktop script can't fint xinit. Tried to copy xinit from the
server to the right ltsp place, but I just got a lot of dependency
problems..
