That card also needs the glx module loaded.
Add this to your lts.conf file:
X4_MODULE_01 = glx
That should take care of the problem.

Using squid web proxy, you configure it to use pidentd for
user authentication and tracking. The key is to disable the
encrypted responses for pidentd.
I posted an earlier email detailing some of the configuration
steps. Please search the archives.
