Hi Everyone. I have Debian Sarge installed with LTSP 4.1. All works pretty good but my thinclients are born I think. I would like to give them some work.
1. Which project is better in yours opinion: MOSIX, OpenMOSIX. 2. Mosix have two versions: grid and cluster - could someone describe differences in short? Which is better. 3. I looked for some how-to describes simple installation Sarge, Mosix and LTSP but nothing founded. Can anybody give me a links for similar sites? 4. Is any control where could go some processes? I think about situation: One server and five clients. What will be gone when someone on first workstation will hard shutdown his thinclient. If he has his processes nothing bad happaned but if he had processes from second terminal ... there are troubles. I would like server to send the processes to the client depends of logon. If Martin is logon on first terminal this terminal could receive only processes with UID of Marcin.
