It's not possible while I cannot start in shell. When I set in config,
that client must start in shell, I will be on same error...

I've downloaded and built lbe from cvs
downloaded kernel source 2.6.17.8 and 2.6.19.2
built the above kernels with config-2.6.17.8-ltsp-1
2.6.19.2 with make oldconfig.
both kernels load but stop at
Running dhcpd on port 67
Error dhcpd failed!
in the kernel config i made sure that

I sent my previous email too quickly. The frame buffer is probably not
causing the problem, but if you were in text mode, you might be able to
see the error that is causing the boot failure.

It sounds like an issue with the frame buffer during boot. There used to
be a kernel parameter "nofb", but I think that was removed in 2.6, and
it is a compile option now. Does anyone know how to disable the frame
buffer boot without rebuilding the kernel?
