I tried that with no luck. Same issue. I have tried on two diff LTSP
clients and it works just fine on the Centos Fat client. Also we have it
working fine on dual 19" Hansel monitors so it looks to me to be an
issues between LTSP setup and the Dell monitors.

I have a FreeDOS floppy disk which make a 64MB partition, format it
and install FreeDOS on it.
