ok, i've got the solution!! :-D
- install ubuntu on the thinclient or get a working xorg.conf file from
your thinclient
- put the xorg.conf file in the /opt/ltsp/i386/etc/X11 directory
- run ltsp-build-image -a i386 (i have to do this because my server is
running 64-bit ubuntu)
and this is my li
Is very strange. Do you sure that your monitor work with more resolution?. You
probe un Live Cd in the thinclient and run the command.
All monitors acept 800x600 and I dont see this resolution. the command say that
the minimum and maximun are the same, only one resolution work with this

Hi there,
with the generous help from #sugar devs I managed to get ltsp, sugar
and collaboration via ejabberd working on Ubuntu. This is really
exciting as it means walking into an existing networked lab with a
laptop, connecting it to the LAN, firing up sugar and letting all the
terminals enjoy

Hi Mario
i have done it already
booted up the thinclient without lts.conf file and run the xrandr command
here the output from xrandr:
Screen 0: minimum 640 x 480, current 640 x 480, maximum 640 x 480
default connected 640x480+0+0 (normal left inverted right) 0mm x 0mm
640x48060.0*
Hi. Rename the file lts.conf to lts.conf.bk and boot the thinclient. In the
thin client execute xrandr. I think XSERVER should not be required. The thin
client should normally be able to auto-detect the card.

first thank you to all that have answered on my question!! :-)
Mario:
if i boot my client, without lts.conf file, the max resolution is 640x480.
i cannot change the resolution with xrandr because he recognize the
maximum of 640x480
here the output from xrandr:
Screen 0: minimum 640 x 480, curren
