openSUSE Education[1] team[2] is proud to announce the first ever
openSUSE Education and KIWI-LTSP[3] live/installable server DVD.
The DVD is created using openSUSE Build Service[4], a free and open
source multi-distribution collaborative packaging platform and
openSUSE
I tried switching from Vista to an XP box, but I still get the same problem.
can anyone advise on how to troubleshoot this? If I was looking at a log entry,
an error code, I'd feel more scientific, even if I wasn't actually able to
solve the problem. :-)
Could this be a problem with RDP

client AMD Geode GX chipset

i copied the iso images of debian5.0 lenny DVDs to hard disk and mounted
the images to
/mnt/iso1
/mnt/iso2
/mnt/iso3
/mnt/iso4
/mnt/iso5
and gave the command
ltsp-build-client --mirror file:///mnt/iso1/ --security-mirror none
--accept-unsigned-packages

We had the same problem. We had observe the thin-clients on the boot:
there are 2 demandes of an ip-address on the DHCP-server and the
DHCP-server give sometime two different address to the same client. Our
solution was to fixe the ip-address for every thin-client in the DHCP
