Google for LTSP IPAPPEND=2. This will make your boot interface always eth0. LTSP deliberately leaves network manager to manage the second interface. One way to make that unmanaged as well, is to add a 51-eth1 file similar to chroot/opt/ltsp/i386/usr/share/ltsp/init-ltsp.d/50-interfaces
