So here it is:
Q: How to use it?
A: Get ltsp-core package.
Decompress it.
Copy suse.sh into the new directory (ltsp_core, or something like that).
Create a new symlink suse-8.1.sh to suse.sh (ln -s suse.sh suse-8.1.sh)
Run ./install.sh
That's it ...

Anyway, it looks like, you don't have dhcpd installed on your system or
you already configured it (and renamed the dhcp.conf.example to dhcp.conf).
Use "rpm -qa | grep dhcp" to find out, if you have dh

Well, that looks good. Maybe you should just do
touch /etc/dhcpd.conf.example
and then run the initialize script again.
