Currently I have the following setup:
Ltsp Server (192.168.1.71, hostname Artena) SuSE 7.3, Kernel 2.4.20
1 Client (192.168.1.73, hostname Intoccabile)
the client boots off BIOS PXE, starts normal until the following output:

e100: eth0 NIC Link is Up 100 Mbps Full duplex

192.168.1.1: no such file or Directory
Solution:
dhcpd was offering 2 DNS-Resolvers: 192.168.1.71 and 192.168.1.1
(which are both valid)
LTSP Server was 192.168.1.71
LTSP Client was 192.168.1.73
