just a short note asking if anyone has had any luck with linux netbooting
the sunray1 thinclient?
im finding shreds of info but just wondering if anyone had any
horror/success stories?

when 99% of the email you send is html for formatting etc when you simply
wanna slam out another quick response to help someone using the gmail web
interface it seems hardly worth switching it off - i think its probably time
for people to leave the html vs plain text email debate back in the 90s

i have my tftp daemon started by inetd and it then kills itself after a
certain period of inactivity which would fix the problem you're having of
having lots of them open...

yes that is correct - that file is on the server - but the terminals
actually connect to the server for their sessions which means a change on
the server IS a change on the terminals
