no error even
though /tmp is chmod 1777.
sshd on the client is openssh ver 3.7.1p2, while on the server its 3.9p1
I'm thinking about moving the 3.9 version into the /opt/ltsp/i386 tree, but
there are a lot of libraries to find and move with it.
Any other ideas? Thanks,
John

It's interesting that this
fails, but I can ssh as a user from client to server without problem.
I'm hoping you can see what I'm doing wrong. I wasn't sure what you meant in
your suggestion by "you can move the ssh files".
Thanks,
John

in favor of ssh for security reasons.
Is it possible to configure ssh to ignore or accept user read-write
permissions on /tmp?
