The pendrive issue is already solved I just need to set the LOCALDEV
parameter to true.
The skype (and webcam) is the latest version and I cant make it to work.

If you want to make a ltsp server without terminal you will need to have a
pxe nic card that will could set the ip address of the ltsp server or you
will have to make you own boot driver so the NIC could recognize without a
dhcp server how to find
