Hi, I'm interested in a Jammin125/LTSP combination to replace the noisy PC I use for playing MP3s and browsing. Can anyone give me on idea on the impact on my home network of playing MP3s this way ?
At the moment, the MP3s are played from a remote drive, but the traffic impact is small. With LTSP would I be transferring the much larger *decoded* stream, or can I /should I set it up to execute XMMS locally? I'd be quite interested in a couple of other small apps like screensavers/visualisation running locally. Is this difficult to achieve ?
