#urpmi tftp
this will work.
If not, try to install tftp trhu the Mandrake Comma

Well, that would be your problem. You don't have a kernel loaded. You
might want to try running ltspadm

tftp and kernel are working fine, but after modprobe 8139too my linux freeze.
