1) The initrd_kit is most of the stuff I use to build a kernel package.
I made it available
for download, so that #1, people could see how I did it. and #2,
they could build their
own kernels.
2) Option-128 is a vendor ID tag. The value 'e4:45:74:68:00:00' is a
special value
