Hello all, We've got a pretty good beta release of LTSP available for download. It is currently called 2.09pre3.
We've talked quite a bit about the naming convention of the releases, and when this is package is final (real soon now), it will be called 3.0.0. At that point, we will adopt a naming convention similar to the linux kernel and the Etherboot naming convention. That is, the first digit will determin major releases, the middle digit will determine whether it is a Stable or Development release (even=stable, odd=development). And the last digit will denote minor releases. I've just posted an installation document on the LTSP.org website. Go ahead and take a look at http://www.ltsp.org. I've also added some contributed packages, for sound, webcam and scanner support.
