Thanks for this Jim, I do understand more what the LBE is for now. I can't
build it though, it stops at "Building: glibc" during ltsp-src, literally
just pauses, this seems odd, as it has already compiled glibc twice
successfully in other sections. I don't really know what to do to get past

The file won't end up in lbe/ltsp_kernel_kit until you actually build
the LBE.
I'm going to be providing a tarball of the ltsp_kernel_kit, so that
people don't need to build all of the LBE.
Hopefully, I'll have that ready later today.
In the meantime, the config file you have is fine
